Medical Examination Process for those applying for a student, work, or visitor visa to the UK.

The Tashkent International Clinic provides medical exams for applicants applying for student and work visas to the UK, as well as, for those who are
applying for a visitor visa for more than two years.

See the instructions below on how to make an appointment, how to proceed with payment, and the list of documents requested for the medical examination.

As soon as you are referred to undergo the medical exam at our clinic, please first submit the payment for your TB test and medical check for VISA purposes at: www.intms.org

Note: to submit the payment you should have the following list of documents:

  • Recent Electronic Photo 3 x 4 cm to upload (In color, white background, taken within the last six months)
  • Passport (Red or traveling) to complete personal information
  • E-mail address
  • Master Card or Visa credit card

Choose the FLAG (UK) of the country you are applying to for a VISA.

Below are the instructions on how to fill out the form:

Step 1: Read the “Terms of Agreement” carefully. If you agree to the terms for the provision of personal information, please check the box (√) and proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Enter number of people who will undergo medical examination

Step 3: Enter all family members’ traveling passport data and upload the photo.

After filling out the form correctly, you will be redirected to the payment portal of international medical services, which will automatically calculate the cost for both the individual and the total cost of the medical examination for you and your family.

Please note: Tashkent International Clinic does not charge for medical examination, the payment is sent to the International Medical Services.

The cost of a medical examination is:

For applicants from 0 to 10 years old – 50 USD.

For applicants 11 years of age and older – 95 USD.

Step 4: At this stage, an international bank card – Visa or MasterCard is required:

  • Make sure the name and last name of cardholder, card number and expiration date are correct.
  • Make sure the card has sufficient funds on it.
  • After payment is successful, the receipt and the information you filled in will be automatically sent to the email address of the Tashkent International Clinic, as well as to the email address that you indicated when filling out the form.
  • If the payment request is rejected, contact the bank provided the card to clarify the reason for the payment denial.
  • Payment is non-refundable.

Step 5.  Appointment for a medical examination.

After you receive payment confirmation, please call the Tashkent International Clinic to make an appointment at the number: + 99871 291-07-26/ +99878 120-11-20. Calls are accepted from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 17:00.

Step 6. On the day of the medical examination please arrive STRICTLY AT THE APPOINTED TIME (not late or early). Fasting is not required.

List of required documents for medical examination:

  • Valid traveling (red) passport and, for each family member if you are traveling with your family
  • 1 copy of traveling (red) passport (main page with photo) for each family member
  • Recent Photo 3 x 4 cm printed – 2 pieces (colored, white background, taken within the last six months for each family member)
  • A job offer/study invitation letter from UK University
  • If you are applying for a visitor visa, provide an address of residence in the UK.

Terms and Conditions

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide on this form. Visa applicant must arrive at the appointed time with the original traveling passport and other original documents related to his medical examination (see step four). Visa applicants must comply with the rules and security requirements when entering the clinic premises. The applicant will be asked to turn off their mobile phone and hand over all electronic devices, including car keys, any liquids, sprays, etc., to a member of the clinic’s security department. Please note: in order to ensure the safety of patients, applicants and clinic staff, the clinic is recording CCTV cameras in public areas of the clinic, including recording microphones listening to conversations. Please do not forget your personal belongings. The administration of the clinic is not responsible for the loss of your personal belongings.
