ATTENTION

Payment for the DNA test is strictly done after the REFERRAL of the US Embassy in Tashkent.
The cost for the DNA test is 50 USD. The fee is fixed and is charged for each applicant per request. For proceeding with payment, the applicant needs to have their passport and international card.
In case the DNA test has not been done or was canceled for any reason, you may request a refund by contacting frontdesk@tashclinic.org.

DNK testi uchun toʻlov AQShning Toshkentdagi elchixonasi yo’llanma berganidan so’ng amalga oshiriladi.
DNK testi narxi 50 AQSh dollari. To’lov narhi o’zgarmas miqdorda bo’lib, har bir arizachining so’roviga binoan amalga oshiriladi. To’lovni amalga oshirish uchun arizachining pasporti va xalqaro kartasi bo’lishi lozim.
Agar biron-bir sababga ko’ra DNK testi o’tkazilmagan yoki bekor qilingan bo’lsa, frontdesk@tashclinic.org elektron manziliga to’lovni qaytarish bo’yicha murojaat qilishingiz mumkin.

ВНИМАНИЕ

Оплата за ДНК тест производится ТОЛЬКО после направления Посольства США в Ташкенте.
Стоимость ДНК теста составляет 50 долларов США. Данная стоимость фиксированная и выставляется за каждого аппликанта. Для оплаты аппликанту понадобится паспорт и валютная банковская карта (VISA, Master Card).
В случае, если по каким либо причинам ДНК тест был отменен, аппликант может запросить возврат денежных средств по электронной почте: frontdesk@tashclinic.org.
