Vaccination Recommendations For Uzbekistan


These vaccinations are those you should have even if you do not travel, according to your home country vaccination program and they are normally given to you when you are a baby or a child.

They normally include:

  • Diphteria, tetanus, whooping cough
  • Haemophilus B
  • Meningitis C
  • Polio
  • Pneumonia
  • Measles, mumps and rubella
  • Varicella Zoster (Chicken pox)
  • HPV (Human Papilloma virus): only for girls aged 12 and over

Strongly recommended vaccinations:

  • Hepatitis A and B
  • Typhoid ( only 70% protection)
  • Polio booster
  • Rabies
