Training in Tashkent International Clinic

One of our goals is to providing everyone who visits our clinic with an excellent experience.  To that end, our entire staff recently participated in a week of training at the clinic.  Our exceptional trainer Alemka Berliner, MA, LPC, NCC led us through training in the areas of Quality Management, Cultural Sensitivity, Customer Service, Addressing stress in the workplace, Conflict Management and Consultation in Medical Setting.  The training Ms. Berliner provided has proven to be very beneficial to our staff.  More importantly we are now seeing results with our patients who are benefiting from better service, better quality and ultimately better experiences when they visit the clinic.
